Key Of Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new retail leasing opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, and client visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective tenants and business partners.
- Understand clients’ business needs and recommend suitable retail spaces and leasing solutions.
- Prepare customized leasing proposals and commercial packages to secure successful deals.
- Manage the complete leasing process, from prospecting and negotiation to contract execution.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure lease agreements and commercial terms are implemented smoothly.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments, and prepare regular market analysis reports.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and business functions to expand industry connections and identify new opportunities.
- Achieve leasing targets while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer service.
- Support the leasing team and contribute to overall business growth.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Experience in retail leasing, property leasing, business development, sales, or a related industry is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented with a strong desire to achieve results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify market opportunities and business potential.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
