Key Of Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for MEP systems.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and measurements based on drawings and specifications.
- Monitor and control MEP project costs and propose cost-saving solutions.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate pricing and contract compliance.
- Prepare financial reports, cost forecasts, and variation assessments.
Skills & Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a diploma or certificates in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Good English communication skills with the ability to understand technical documents.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quantity surveying software.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience in MEP cost management within construction or real estate projects is an advantage.
