Our Environmental Commitment
The Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report for Phase 2 of the Myanmar Centre Project has been meticulously prepared by Environmental Compliance Consultancy Co., Ltd. (EnvCC). In strict accordance with the Environmental Conservation Law (2012), Environmental Conservation Rules (2014), EIA procedures, and the National Environmental Quality (Emission) Guidelines (2015) set forth by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation, HAGL Myanmar officially endorses and commits to the following principles:
- Accuracy and Completeness: We guarantee the absolute accuracy and comprehensiveness of the data, analyses, and mitigation strategies presented within the EIA report.
- Legal Compliance: We confirm and undertake to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation that the EIA has been developed in strict compliance with all applicable environmental conservation laws, rules, procedures (including Clause 76 of the 2015 EIA Procedure), and sector-specific regulations.
- Third-Party Accountability: We commit to full compliance with all obligations and requirements concerning third-party organizations as mandated by our authorized environmental consultants, EnvCC.
