The outbreak of corona virus (COVID-19) has been officially declared as a Pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO) as the virus is spreading in multiple countries around the world at the
same time.
Since January, we have implemented healthcare procedures for all visitors and tenants into Myanmar Plaza and Myanmar Centre Office Towers. Measures taken are the provision of hand sanitizers and temperature checking at all entrances.
Arising from the latest announcement from WHO, we will escalate our healthcare procedures for common areas in the office and retail spaces. Our housekeeping teams are working hard to improve hygiene in our buildings around the clock.
The cleaning of public areas, elevators and lifts are being carried out every 2 hours with disinfectants to reduce the risks of virus infection.
At the same time, we encourage all tenants to be vigilant, practice good hygiene and if you are unwell, please seek appropriate medical attention soonest possible, and self-isolate if necessary.
We also urge all tenants to stay updated on latest news relating to this pandemic and to strictly follow instructions of health organizations and government authorities and please kindly continue to cooperate with us as things unfold.
